Lambert C. Mims

Lambert C. Mims was a mayor of Mobile, Alabama whose two decades in office were overshadowed by a corruption conviction. Mims was on the threemember Mobile City Commission, which rotated the title of mayor, from 1965 to 1985. He was the last mayor of the city to govern from the system that was replaced in 1985 by a mayorcouncil form of government.
